Clear rules for business contact, data and commercial information.
ATLAS operates as a B2B Trade & Partner Network for partner search, supplier research, market preparation and structured business communication between European clients and companies from Central Asia, the Caucasus and selected neighbouring markets.
1. Operator and company information
ATLAS is operated by Astra Pro Sp. z o.o., 17 Mickiewicza St, 37-614 Płazów, Poland. KRS: 0001120143 · VAT EU: PL7931639736 · REGON: 529452818 · EORI: PL793163973600000. Contact: contact@atlas.astrapro-ltd.com.
2. ATLAS business role
ATLAS provides B2B market research, partner search, supplier identification, public-source analysis, opportunity review, first-contact preparation, RFx groundwork and selected trade-development support. ATLAS may act on behalf of external European clients or review business submissions from companies in the region.
The exact commercial role of ATLAS is defined individually for each project. Any binding purchase, sale, representation, agency, distribution, import/export or transaction-related role requires a separate written agreement, mandate or written authorization.
3. First-stage inquiries and RFx communication
Messages sent by ATLAS may include requests for information, preliminary commercial offers, capacity checks, supplier confirmation, product details or RFQ/RFI/RFP-related groundwork. Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, such communication is non-binding and does not constitute an order, acceptance, contract, promise of purchase or commitment to enter into a transaction.
4. OSINT and market research methodology
ATLAS uses lawful open sources, public business registers, official websites, company materials, trade directories, market signals, client-provided information and information submitted by companies. The purpose is to understand business relevance, prepare proper communication and identify whether further B2B discussion may be justified.
ATLAS does not use unlawful access, deception, unauthorized data collection or methods intended to obtain trade secrets. Research conclusions are prepared on the basis of available information and may be incomplete or subject to change.
5. Privacy, GDPR and business contact data
ATLAS may process business contact data such as name, role, company, business e-mail, telephone number, language, country, company background, public business information and correspondence history. Data may be obtained directly from the person, from the company, from clients or from publicly available business sources.
The purposes of processing may include B2B communication, market research, partner identification, supplier review, opportunity assessment, project documentation, legal compliance and protection of legitimate business interests. Legal bases may include contract-related actions, legitimate interest, legal obligation and consent where required.
Individuals may request access, rectification, restriction, objection, deletion where applicable and information about processing. Requests can be sent to contact@atlas.astrapro-ltd.com. Personal data is not sold to advertisers.
6. Cookies and website data
The ATLAS website may use necessary technical cookies or local storage to operate the page, remember language and cookie choices and ensure basic functionality. Analytics cookies, if introduced, are used only where consent is given. Users can choose necessary-only settings in the cookie panel.
7. Confidentiality and commercial information
Commercial correspondence, offers, prices, specifications, delivery terms, product information, certificates, capacity details and business conditions exchanged in relation to ATLAS projects are treated as business-sensitive information. Such information is used only to evaluate potential cooperation, identify partners or suppliers and support related B2B projects, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
8. No advisory replacement and no guarantee
ATLAS materials and communication do not replace legal, tax, financial, customs, sanctions, technical, certification or formal due diligence advice. Final verification, contracts, compliance checks and transaction decisions remain with the client and its professional advisors.
ATLAS does not guarantee that a partner will be found, a transaction will be concluded, an offer will be accepted, any company will meet all requirements or that open-source information is complete, current or error-free.
9. Communication rules
ATLAS contacts companies with a defined business purpose. Companies may reply, request clarification, provide an offer, redirect the message to the correct person or ask to stop further communication where legally applicable. Project communication is handled with respect for the commercial time and information of both sides.
