OSINT means open-source intelligence: research based on information available from lawful, public or openly accessible sources. For ATLAS, OSINT is a practical business method used to understand market relevance before contact is made.
Sources may include public business registries, company websites, catalogues, trade platforms, official publications, public sanctions or warning lists where relevant, professional directories, press materials, event exhibitor lists, sector databases and other visible market signals.
ATLAS does not use unlawful access, hacking, credential misuse, impersonation to obtain confidential data, or private surveillance. We do not seek trade secrets or confidential information from contacted companies.
Research findings are interpreted as indicators, not guarantees. ATLAS distinguishes observed facts, public-source signals, assumptions, questions and missing information where possible.
The purpose is to make B2B contact more useful: identify relevance, prepare better questions and avoid wasting time on poorly prepared conversations.
