Client briefs, opportunity submissions, company responses, RFx drafts and project notes are handled as business information related to a specific project or potential project.
ATLAS may limit what is disclosed at the first-contact stage. Client identity, detailed specifications, quantities, pricing logic or strategic intent may be withheld until the appropriate stage or written approval.
Companies submitting opportunities should avoid sending confidential technical data at the first stage unless requested. ATLAS may ask for a non-confidential summary first.
Information is shared only when relevant to the project, opportunity review, client evaluation, direct talks or agreed next step.
If a project requires exchange of confidential technical, commercial or strategic data, a separate NDA or written confidentiality arrangement may be used.
